
Youth Leadership coordinators are key to our program and are expected to maintain high personal and group standards.
The ultimate objective is to serve the churches and promote unity and harmony in the Body of Christ.
Requirements to be a coordinator are:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Applicants must provide a written testimony of their faith.
Agreement with the American Missionary Fellowship doctrinal statement.
Must provide two references in addition to recommendation from your pastor and/or church leadership.
Approval from the AMF missionary overseeing the local Youth Leadership program.
Once assigned to a Youth Leadership group, coordinators are expected to:
Have a servant’s attitude (Matthew 10:24; Luke 6:40).
Teach by word and example (John 13).
Attend Sunday School and church services regularly (Hebrews 10:25).
Have a long term commitment to his/her own spiritual growth and that of the program participants.
Hold participants accountable to the program requirements.
